The breakfast is perfect with a great selection of dishes, quiet rooms. Our stay there was wonderful.
-
The hotel was clean, convenient location, walk to the library
-
The location was great, walk to the museums and Plash bus stops right across the street
-
Location at walking distance from 15th Street metro station...
-
Breakfast was free of charge, greatly enjoyed the position.
Everything was just perfect. No complaints, the hotel met the demands...

Very nice location. In the city center. It's not far away. The room is spacious. The staff is good, always answer questions, help. Breakfast is good too, you won't stay hungry for sure!) The hotel has a parking lot 54$ per day. Parkers park it themselves and then they bring the car. It's hard to find a place in the center, and you can't stand in debt. Maybe it's better to look for cheaper long-term parking in advance.
Uncomfortable beds. For two they are very small (took a room with two double beds and a sofa). It's claimed there's a balcony. It is, but it's closed. That is, if you are specifically looking for a room with a balcony so that there is air from the street, not from the air conditioning, this is not the case. It's not reported in advance. There was someone else's hair on the floor in the bathroom upon arrival. The walls in the bedroom aren't clean, maybe there are traces of nosy lovers. There is a kitchen, but no kitchen utensils.

Air conditioner in room noisey

I liked how big the beds were and I liked you provided extra towels
I can not believe you charge 40 to park overnight after charging me 200 for the room and for that reason alone I would never stay there again..
-
The hotel is in a great spot, easy to walk to downtown attractions. The staff were mostly knowledgeable and were friendly and helpful. The space was so large we didn't quite know what to do with it all - perfect for a longer stay. We would definitely stay here again.
The shower has a lower ceiling for anyone over 6'4" but is manageable.

I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spotless but the best thing about this hotel was the staff. What lovely people and they treated us like we were the only people in the hotel. I can't wait to stay again and if you are in Philly make this your destination hotel.
-
The room was huge and the location was perfect for me. The nreakfast was really good too
-
I think that the rooms could be updated a bit.
-
The courtesy of the staff and personnel. The room was big and comfortable. Nice balcony and city view.
My room was not fully cleaned the day after my arrival. Only the bathroom was cleaned. I could not understand why they left my bed undone. And the trash cans inside the room were left with all the trash. The Breakfast (Food) and the room where they serve it is not pleasant at all. I did not like it.

Very good location - plenty of cabs available when needed. Staff was accommodating to special request which was very much appreciated.

They accomodated a last minute booking I needed to make to attend a memorial service.
There was only a smoking floor available which cost $299 for the suite. The lobby and common areas for the most part were clean, but the room had a stale smell, and we needed to wipe the countertops and tabletops as they were filmy. We left the balcony door open all night and ran the ac to get rid of the smell. Perhaps Embassy Suites should adopt the nationwide trend of designated smoking areas.
